Monadnock Developmental Services is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to support the ISO (Individual Service Option) and MCST (Monadnock Center for Successful Transitions) Departments.

This position will perform a variety of administrative support tasks including tracking of files, applications and documents, maintaining confidential files, copying, scanning, vendor requests, distribute department agenda meetings, note taking, training registrations, monthly mailings, and other duties as assigned.

This position requires great time-management, excellent organizational skills, and multitasking abilities. Must possess an in depth knowledge of office procedures and equipment, excellent communication skills, integrity and confidentiality. Proficient in MS Office products importantly Excel, Word and Google Docs.

This position reports directly to Sheila Mahon, Director of MCST and Deb Franco, Director of ISO.

The Monadnock Center for Successful Transitions (MCST) at MDS is hiring a Supported Employment Program (SEP) Manager. The SEP Manager works directly with individuals with disabilities, staff and businesses to develop and maintain work related skills that are in alignment with employer standards.

Duties include; supporting individuals on job sites, scheduling, training and ongoing supervision of staff, ensuring adequate staffing is in place for all shifts, identifying training needs and resources, meets with employers as needed. BA in Human Services preferred or 2-4 years’ experience in Human Services, business or related field with evidence of increased supervisory experience. Must have reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Monadnock Developmental Services (MDS) is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.

This position will perform a variety of administrative support tasks including being first point of contact for guests, clients, and staff, answering phones, photo copying, document maintenance, assistance with monthly mailings and other duties as assigned. Must be personable with a friendly demeanor, .This position requires an in-depth knowledge of office procedures and equipment, excellent communication skills, integrity and confidentiality, great time-management and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office products and Google Docs.

Full-time w/ generous benefits package. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with an hour for lunch.

Monadnock Developmental Services (MDS) is seeking qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for school age children and young adults with developmental disabilities, located in Keene and surrounding towns.

Responsibilities include coaching individuals in daily living and social skills, helping them develop and meet their goals, and supporting them in creating and developing relationships in their community.

Minimum qualifications include work, volunteer, or classroom experience in a related field; a valid driver's license for at least three years; auto insurance (in the amount of $100,000 per person and $300,00 per accident); a sound ethical foundation; creativity; commitment to building a relationship; a sense of humor, and ability to work as part of a caregiving team.

Shifts are generally after school and weekends up to 10 hours per week. Hours are flexible and may vary based on a school’s vacation schedule.

MDS is looking for people to provide temporary relief/respite to primary caregivers of an individual who is at risk or has a disability. Flexible scheduling allows for many options, and respite can take place in the community, at your home, or at the family home.

MDS is seeking applicants who can use discretion and independent judgment to deliver quality care to persons with a developmental disability or acquired brain disorder. Enjoy a variety of responsibilities – reading, games, shopping, and other community activities – to enrich a person's life in a meaningful way. Successful applicants must be team players and have the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Monadnock Developmental Services is seeking highly committed and loving Adult Foster Care providers (Home Providers) in the Keene and Peterborough area. Adult Foster Care is a family setting for adults who are unable to live alone due to a physical or developmental disability.  Providers do not need to be married or own their home, they may rent, be single, or have children. Providers should possess patience, common sense, a genuine acceptance of the person with the disability and the willingness to open their home. MDS will provide on-going support, training and a generous stipend.
