Students who receive special education services are entitled to transition supports and services. In New Hampshire, planning for these supports and services may begin when the student turns 14 or, if appropriate, even earlier.
UNH's Institute on Disability and the Disability Rights Center presents a panel discussion to explore how students with disabilities can work to actively plan for their futures and ensure that they leave high school with the necessary skills and experiences to make a successful transition into adulthood.
