Adult Service Coordination

Adult Service Coordination provides assistance to adults in identifying personal goals and dreams, then securing the supports and resources required to achieve them. Our role is tailored to the needs of the individual receiving supports and those closest to them that share in the vision.

As Adult Service Coordinators, we wear many hats in accordance to the needs of those that we are working for. We are Advocates, Detectives, Teachers, Resource People, or whatever is needed to support individuals to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

As Advocates, we create an environment that allows individuals to speak out for themselves and to ensure the highest quality services available are provided.

The Detective in us searches for opportunities, connections, and ways to make the seemingly impossible, probable. We ask questions and search for answers.

As Resource People we offer information, explore possibilities and network.

Being a Teacher, we educate all aspects of our communities about the talents and gifts we all have to offer, especially those of us with developmental disabilities.
Our greatest gift is being able to celebrate the dreams and achievements of those we support.
