MDS and its partner agencies make every effort to provide quality supports and services that meet the individual needs of people with disabilities. We are committed to the self-determination of the people we support and strive to include them in the decision-making processes that affect their lives.
In order to improve our service delivery, MDS participates in the New Hampshire Quality Outcome Partnership which makes an annual assessment of the quality of supports as experienced by people with disabilities. You can click HERE to see a state-wide summary of the report for 2003. The report is made available by Commuinity Support Network, Inc.
