MDS is looking for a professional (part time) to provide vocational training and support to an individual with a disability, as well as to business co-workers, family, and school personnel, to ensure success in employment. Attends job orientation with individual and clarifies information with the individual as necessary. Meets with supervisor and manager regularly to discuss issues and concerns. Learns the job and makes any modifications (simplifies written instructions, etc.) necessary for the successful completion of the job. (April 2015)

Monadnock Developmental Services is seeking highly committed and loving Adult Foster Care providers (Home Providers) in the Keene and Peterborough area. Adult Foster Care is a family setting for adults who are unable to live alone due to a physical or developmental disability. Providers do not need to be married or own their home, they may rent, be single, or have children. Providers should possess patience, common sense, a genuine acceptance of the person with the disability and the willingness to open their home. MDS will provide on-going support, training and a generous stipend.
